at Ecstatic Dance we travel through different musical moods and soundscapes.
Come as you are, dance what moves you. Be it a quiet, intimate dance prayer or a wild expression and letting out what is inside you.
After a small opening circle and a guided introduction, we move into a conscious, conversation-free dance space.
We dance 2 waves to different music that slowly increases in intensity, you are invited to move in a way that feels good to you. If possible, without judgement towards yourself and others. The focus is on your very individual and authentic expression of what is there.

JULI brings years of experience and an intuitive feeling for a captivating dance wave to the dancefloor. Her exquisite, global musical taste is shaped by her passion for captivating beats & basses, kinky grooves and spherical sounds - a selection of organic house, downtempo, electronica, bass house, deep house, afro house tech house, melodic techno, mainstage, indie dance, organic house, trance, ambient, mantra remixes, piano/classical, world+ folk music... and much, much more.
Her motto "The Beat Is You" invites you to dance and move wildly & freely until you become one with the beat, until the moment opens and transforms us. Light, heavy, sensual, edgy, holy, sexy, happy, sad, ecstatic - everything can be expressed and danced through.
A Berlin girl through and through plus a passionate dancer from the early days of electronic music and ecstatic dance in Germany, her waves have an electronic influence with a potent BPM, where no one can sit still, where joy and zest for life explode. As a yogini, however, Juli leads the dancer at the end of the wave with quiet, tender, deep sounds back to the silence from which we all come and into which we all float back again.
In 2016, JULI successfully founded “Ecstatic Dance Munich” where she regularly plays as a resident DJ.

BE CONSENSUAL. LISTEN FOR A YES. RESPECT A NO.
- Achte auf einen Konsens im Kontakt mit anderen. Spürt/hört ein „Ja“ und respektiert ein „Nein“ im Kontakt
NO PHONES. NO CAMERAS.
- Bitte stellt eure Handys in den Flugmodus und macht keine Filme oder Fotos
BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT.
- Sei Frei. Tanze wie du willst. Bewerte nicht dich selbst und auch nicht andere
Diese Guidelines helfen uns dabei, einen konzentrierten und sicheren Tanzraum zu kreieren. Es klingt erstmal nach vielen Regeln, aber in diesem Raum darf ganz viel sein und entstehen. Komm und du wirst es sehen :)
Die Richtlinien schützen diesen wunderbaren Tanzraum und geben uns die Sicherheit uns in Klarheit frei entfalten zu können unsere Herzen zu öffnen und den Tanz fließen zu lassen.
